A bias window’s price action that develops in its label’s direction is considered “strong-handed”, or “weak-handed” if the contrary direction develops. That is context for creating further expectations of what the window may target or how the window may resolve.
Market participants may then be labeled as strong-handed or weak-handed sponsorship. Strong-handed sponsors are also actively pushing the market to an objective, so price action in that direction is also called strong-handed. Price action my move in the direction opposite to an objective, which is produced by weak-handed sponsorship — essentially strong-handed sponsors patiently allowing the contrary price action to develop.
