Probing a bias signal might not resolve cleanly and decisively at its 10:15 A.M. window or its 1:20 P.M. window. Touching or overlapping a bias signal within 3 minutes either way of 10:15 or 1:20 will invoke a grace period through the bottom of the hour.
This adjusts the signal period to 10:30 or 1:30. No longer touching or overlapping the signal will trigger LATE BIAS or LATE NO-BIAS.
The LATE signal is less reliable. But it can overcome that unreliability if its signal is more productive than it was before 10:30 or 1:30.
Still overlapping the signal at 10:30 or 1:30 — or back to overlapping it — will trigger noN-BIAS. The NOn-bias window will not put into play a target or objective, and it will not require being contained between its bias signals. The bias levels may still be responsive if tested, but their test will not require a consequence or earn a reward.
