Bias Strategy
Specific objectives and limits can be signaled that guide the following 60-90 minutes.
Terms
– Level, test, and timing
– Consequence / reward
– Context, NOT trades
– Bias signal (bias-up/bias-down, no-bias, Reverse bias, noN-bias)
– Bias window (A.M. or P.M.)
– Grace period (to 10:30 / 1:30)
– Unfinished business
– Invalidated
If testing a bias signal by 10:15 (or 1:20), then
– Did it trigger? Then its target is in-play (bias-up, bias-down).
– Still overlapping? Then check again at 10:30 (grace period).
– Did it hold? Then the other signal is in-play (Reverse bias).
– Was neither signal even touched? Then they’ll contain the window (no-bias).
– Same drill for P.M. Bias at 1:20 (except no “Reverse”)
